as for the title, im not gonna OC anything. is it good enough for ryzen 2600x pairing with asus b450f based on VRMs module etc. and in the future i would like to upgrade to ryzen 2700x, and pls dnt say anything about OC

Solution
If certain to upgrade to the 2700x, I would opt for a 2600 rather than the 2600x. The 2600x is 20% more expensive, for less than 10% gain. Other differences being that the 2600x gets a Wraith Spire over the 2600's Wraith Stealth, and consumes almost 50% more power. Having said that, the 2700x is less than 10% faster than the 2600x for being 60% more expensive, but you get two extra cores if they can be utilised.

I wouldn't go down the road of planning for two CPUs to be honest. A lot of cost. While the 2700x is more expensive, the stock cooler is decent enough for most people. I balanced the cost of it, over a less expensive option, but with a 3rd party cooler. I ended up with the 2700x stock, and am happy.

As for the best...

As for the best motherboard, I suggest you use this thread to see the lists of motherboards, and their parts - http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3502839/am4-motherboard-amd-ryzen-cpu-specs-comparison-list.html

i see. im planning on upgrade to ryzen 2700x for the next 5-7 years later maybe not upgrade at all so now i want to consider if this mobo is having good enough VRM for both 2600x and 2700x. and i dont know how many VRMs do i need for both cpu so it doesnt overheat, new for the ryzen build here. for the coolers, im thinking something like corsair h115i v2 maybe some recommendation with the same $$$ and good quality.

sry for my english

I am currently running a Ryzen 5 2600 (which I can OC to 4GHz) on an ROG Strix B450-F Gaming with G.Skill Trident Z RGB 3200 (F4-3200C16D-16GTZR) RAM running at 3400 MHz.
I have an Arctic 33 epsorts edition cooler and my CPU idles around 27-30C and maxes out around 55C after gaming for a few hours.
My motherboard and PCH Temps idle around 40-41C and max out around 45C.
So I am sure it will handle the 2600x or 2700x at stock speeds with a decent cooler.

I'd take the 2600 & aftermarket cooler over the 2600X. Any decent cooler will keep it just as cool as the stock if not better and the aftermarket cooler should be much quieter.

Don't bother with a AIO, it isn't needed for either 2600/2700X especially if you aren't overclocking.

If you were to upgrade to a 2700X you would only do it in 5-7 years from now? At that point don't bother taking it into account when buying your mobo now, by that time they'll be better CPUs out and it'll be time for a new mobo (and probably RAM) anyway.
