Pairing the gtx 1060 armor oc with the i3 4170

I want to know if it it is possible to pair theese 2 and to have it work without any problems. I know the i3-6100 and the seventh series are working fine with the 1060 ... since the i3 4170 and 6100 are very similar with the performance giving it is 2 generations difference the thing what is bothering can i get the motherboard that supports 1150 socket and to pair it with the 1060 to work without problems . And if it can work can you give me a link to some motherboards that can do the job . Id be very grateful.

Thats what i thought , and btw ive got Asus H81m-k and thanks for the answer ... one more thing when i set all those parts at partpicker it says theres a problem "Some Intel H81 chipset motherboards may need a BIOS update prior to using Haswell Refresh CPUs. Upgrading the BIOS may require a different CPU that is supported by older BIOS revisions." will that cause any problems .
