Pale streaks across my laptop display.

Hey guys,

I just recently bought a new High performance Notebook and recently my screen has been having these weird white spots.

These aren't dead pixels, they just whiten all color that crosses them and it's an eyesore if I'm doing anything with a remotely dark background. Anyone know what this is and how I can fix it? Any help would be much appreciated.

If its a new laptop call the manufacturer. Should be under warranty.
