Palit 560Ti boot problems

Hi,

I have a weird problem with my Palit 560Ti.

When I turn on my PC it boots to the windows 10 logo which is corrupted or gets past that and I can see my mouse pointer which I can move but then doesn't get further.

I press the reset button and then it boots absolutely fine anf behaves properly and can play Rise of the Tomb Raider which no problems and runs all day.

Any ideas? Is my card on it's way out or is there something else that might be causing it.
I've run Ram and CPU tests which all come back fine so I'm at a bit of a loss.

Try another power supply. Might not be providing your card adequate voltage from cold boot.
