I just want to know if this is a good card and if this is compatible with my system specs.
CPU - i3-6100
MOBO - h110m ds2 https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/GA-H110M-DS2-rev-10#ov
RAM - 4gb planning to upgrade this
PSU - generic but im planning to buy S12 seasonic 520 watts before using that graphics card.

I just want to know if those specs doesn't bottleneck/the parts are compatible.

It is a budget card for a budget system. I will work fine and everything is compatible. You will need to upgrade to 8gb of RAM, but you already know that.

Last question, which one should i pick? Palit GeForce® GTX 1060 StormX 3GB DDR5 192Bit - $198.57 or Palit GeForce® GTX 1060 Dual 3GB DDR5 192Bit - $200.53 or GALAX GeForce® GTX 1060 OC 3GB 3GB 192-bit GDDR5 - $202.50. I think the Palit Dual fan is better than StormX but does,the palit dual fan better than GALAX? I know the prices are identical, but i don't want to spend more money then getting less performance or what.

The chips inside are all made by Nvidia, so all you are paying for is cooling. You want non blower style card with at least two fans for optimal cooling. So that leave out the Storm X. The Palit Dual and the Galax will both perform exactly the same, so go with the cheaper of the two.
