Palit GTX 750ti StormX 2GB OC

Hello guys i need your help recently i bought pc for like 550 euros with I5 4460, 8GB ram and this graphic card, so i don't lover overclocking and i will never do that i thinked i will get better brand like ASUS,MSI,Gigabyte but they gave me this "Palit" so i don't understand so good i seen some compares and like palit have better clocking and memory than the others, but i get this card with 1 FAN i didnt get the dual one, so guys do you think should i go buy new graphic card brand and are GPU fans improve more fps or they just there for cooling GPU and OC.

2-3 fps difference. This card is not bad.
