Palit GTX 770 or MSI Twin Frozor 770 Lighning?

My system specs as follows:

CPU - i5 23-20 @ 3.0Ghz (3.3Ghz Boost)
GPU - Gigabyte 560Ti OC 1Gb (Factory Overclocked)
RAM - Standard 8Gb 1333Mhz DDR3 (2x 4Gb sticks)
MB - EVGA SLI ATX Z68
PSU - Corsair 750w
Case - Cooler Master Storm scout 2
CPU Cooler - Akasa Venom Voodoo
AOC monitor - 1920x1080 60Hertz

I cant decide which 770 to upgrade to, here are links to each of them;

(P.s Would anyone know what settings id be able to play BF4 on with one of the 770's in my system?)

Get the Palit one. You can play bf4 on high (maybe ultra) at 720p surely and maybe 1020p.

I would personally get the msi, you hear more about msi, palit are not known as well so, but thats my opinion
