Palit Nvidia GeForce GTX 770 or Asus GTX 770

So I ask this as the palit 770 has 3 fans which is obviously better than when compared to the asus. To be honest though I really have no clue if that will make a real difference in its performance. Can anyone weigh in here and help me out?
