So about a month ago i got myself a zowie fk2. The problem i have is that when I use claw grip on the mouse i feel like i have control but at the same time i feel very uncomfortable using it. But when i use the palm grip it feels very comfortable but I dont have as much control over my mouse movement.

I do know that the zowie fk2 is marketed as a claw grip mouse. So my question here is should i adjust to the claw grip or should i buy a new mouse that's more suitable for palm grip.

PS: I play games like CS:GO so all around FPS Games.

Solution
you could always use a grip halfway between claw and palm. this is similar to what i use myself.

my hand is flat (like palm) however i use my fingers to control the mouse itself and my palm drags behind (like claw). also its easy enough from this position to shift from a more claw position to a more palm position depending on the task you are doing at that time. i use a deathadder myself.

i would go with whichever option is most comfortable for you to use as comfort is the most important factor. if claw causes hand paint or discomfort then i would not use it unless you want RSI.

I pretty much use the identical layout to the above^
Find what is comfortable for you, and then go from there. My hands are fairly large, so if I try to palm grip my deathadder the bottom of my hand drags on the desk, which makes the mouse move slower. However if I claw grip it my hands get tired. I eventually moved to clap gripping the mouse, but using a flat fingers for the mouse buttons.

Depending on the game it changes, but it is comfortable.

I sometimes find myself doing the exact thing that ssddx is doing. Holding the mouse by claw but shooting with palm, i'm also using the same mouse. I wouldn't really bother "adjusting" to a new grip. The way you hold your mouse should be natural to you.
