Hey all I have a panasonic TC-P50ST60 and love it. Last night during a thunder storm we lost power. It is plugged into a surge protector and the television still turns on but it appears the HDMI input was the causality in the process. I am willing to try and replace it if I can find a replacement part online. Not really sure the next step as a simple google search doesn't seem to yield me many results. Was curious if any one could point me in the next direction to repair or replace the HDMI input. Thanks

Your TV for sure has more than one HDMI ports, and other video inputs, are they working?

And you do realize that it is not the HDMI port (physical connector soldered to the system board) itself which went bad, but a circuit behind it. You're looking for whole system board replacement, I'm afraid, unless you can pinpoint, recognize, obtain, and replace the burned SMD elements.
