Panasonic refurbished - junk

Panasonic monitors refurbished in Illinois - smashed case (not from shipping), safety ground wires left unconnected. Replacement had gouged case, safety ground shield left out completely, capacitor not soldered, picture very dim (may be related to capacitor). Obviously, no testing was done to detect even the most obvious problems. Employees had to be either incompetent or high on drugs to repeatedly produce such junk.
