Question Panasonic Toughbook CF-54 RAM speed issue

Hi,
I have a ToughBook CF-54. I have been looking at the RAM and noticed an issue. It has a single 8GB 2400mhz stick install that's only running at 2133mhz.

I can't find anywhere in the bios to adjust this. There doesn't seem to be an XMP option or any other way to adjust the speed of the RAM.

I intend to upgrade the ram to 2 x 8gb 2666mhz sticks but is there much point if the ram will only run at 2133mhz?

the i5-7300U only provides a native speed of 2133MHz.

If no XMP profile is available and the speed is not changeable manually in BIOS, try updating the BIOS.

If this doesn´t help, you can get cheaper 2133MHz RAM as well

Updated to the latest bios with no change. Ow well I'll add another 8 gb of RAM. At least duel channel will make some improvement.
