I have a Panel PC that has no HDD but instead utilises a 1GB CF card as storage. It boots up windows XP from startup. Im using the Panel PC for Car diagnostic inerrogation but 1GB is simply not enough so I need to increase the size of the CF card. In my nievity I simply though to cy the contents of the original CF card to a new larger CF cars, but with the new card insterted the Panel PC will not boot further than the DOS prompt screen. Can anyone offer any advice on how to increase the size of the CF card and make it boot into Windows XP on startup, exaclty as it does with the original Card.

I have downloaded the free version of Reflect but it doesnt recognise the CF card when I plug it into my desktop (not the panel PC), it only sees the HDD's. However if i select create a rescue media, the software does recognise the CF card. Any advice ???

I have "tried" copying the original CF card with Win32 disk imager but when I insert the clone disk into the panel PC, but it gets to the BOOT screen the stops and asks for the original disk. As far as I can tell all the files on the clone disk are the same as the original.

This is the boot screen with the "clone" card.....DISK BOOT FAILURE......
