Panel scalling?

how do u disable panel scaling? i want to make it so, when i play game in 1024-768 on my widescreen(1360-768) , it doesnt strech out to fit the whole screen. but put blackbar on both side. i am using HD 5770

you cant run it in full screen mode in that case, you will need to run it in windowed mode. You could also just select a 16:9 resolution so that it doesnt stretch out, try 1280x720 or 1360x768.

really? when i use nvidia, it do that automatically till i installed window 7
