panic attack storage

Hello...I have just tried to place Windows 7 on one of my hard drive and i accidentally selected the wrong HDD and it said it had cleared it I realised a second or two after. Is there anaway to recover lost photos etc?? Please help

Write as little to that drive as possible until you recover your stuff, or determine it is actually gone.
