Your CMOS battery may be dead? try a proper CMOS reset
Unplug the PSU from the wall
take out the CMOS battery
hold the power button for 15 seconds solid
reinsert the cmos battery
connect power again,
turn on PC

Go back to basics. Double check all the connectors. Make sure everything's plugged in that should be and you haven't accidentally forgotten something.
Did you do anything else than press the button?
