Paper towel in cpu socket

Hello today I wanted to replace the thermal paste of my previous cooler to see fi temps could be better but as I was cleaning the cpu I saw a paper towel particle go under the cpu lid so I decided to remove the cpu from the socket and remove the particel but doing so the particle got stuck under a pin.

What can I do, I am kind of panicking since this is first and only pc I have ever built

tried can air or air blast to blow it out??

ok I have rebuilt the pc and so far the cpu isn't giving me any problems since it booted up as normal and everything is working fine.
