Parrot OS Linux How to get Full Screen in Virtual BOX

I just installed parrot linux on virtual box version 6.0 and i tried everything to match my screen resolution. the virtual box guest audition is not running and it fails. And i tried updating the os but it didnt worked either.Does any one have a workaround for this.
