Hi this is my second post here i just want to know if these parts are compatible or not im building a new pc soon

Yes, these parts are compatible.

Some suggestions though:
Look into 3200MHz RAM. Ryzen prefers higher RAM speeds.
Upgrade your power supply to 650W. You shouldn't cut costs on your power supply, that being the wattage and the quality.
Replace your HDD for an SSD (or simply add the SSD). Windows 10 runs much better on SSDs, and you won't regret the much faster speeds.
