Part conflict question

Hello, I am about to buy parts for a custom PC, but before spending lots of money and then finding out that they don't work, I wonder if anyone can tell me if these parts will have any conflicts?

Its a good build, if you need to edit or what not. Also, that PSU is scaring me. Please replace it with an XFX, Antec, or EVGA b2/G2/P2.
