The 1tb hd should be removed and replaced with a 2tb for $5 more.
Samsung is way better than kingston - but budget is budget
I think you are making a mistake using a micro atx motherboard, but each to their own. I prefer full sized - more room to work with, easier to expand later on.
 
I cannot agree with this statement of Gigabyte, it simply isn't true. They wouldn't be in business if they made poor motherboards. I still stand by saying use a full ATX motherboard over a Mini-Atx though.
I do not understand why people buy products from Gigabyte and spend whole of their time figuring out why is their performance not satisfactory. And I would call it crazy to stick a 2700x on that gigabyte board.
