Hey recently i built my own pc like 8 months ago. Now i have some money to uprage and im wanting to know what part to replace. I know most of my parts are very good but i think some could use some improvement.Especially becasue ive been wanting to make Pc gamplay videos or stream. Here's my build
G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 16GB (2 x 8GB)
Intel Core i7-3770K Quad-Core Processor 3.5 GHz
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (Cpu cooler) im also looking into watercooling.
EVGA GeForce GTX770 SuperClocked
750 power Supply
250 Samsung SSD
1TB WD
Cooler Master HAF 912(front case fan will not reach my motherboard idk if thats bad or not)
ASRock Z77 Extreme4 LGA 1155 Intel Z77 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s Motherboard
and yea thats about it the only cooling i have in my computer is the fan next to the motherboard and the cpu cooler.Should i get another case fan? not sure what to get if you guys could tell me that would be great.

Solution

Here you go man, get a fan controller, and top off any fans. Yea, you want case fans that run...
Your system looks very solid. New CPU / mobo that use DDR 4 will be coming out later this year, so no reason to move to a slightly better CPU yet.

The 770 is a good GPU, and really "IMO" it wouldn't be worth upgrading to another GPU in this current gen.

Yea, if I were you, and just wanted to add something I'd suggest topping off with whatever fans you feel like you need... Or, getting a dedicated video recording card.

***A fan controller would also be nice... I couldn't live without mine.

thats the thing im pretty sure something isnt performing as id like i just cant tell what it is

do you think its really bad if my front fan isnt working? it just wont reach my motherboard slot

Here's a 4pck of good case fans. I used them before, and they work well. Good affordable way to get enough fans in your system, and they have a code for 20% off right now...

*Tip to improve performance,

Allow programs not the GPU to control settings

Dont use tons of monitoring programs (make sure your system isn't overheating, but don't always monitor FPS and things like that)

I use "CPUID HWMonitor" for my day to day usage. Just run what you're using, and then check and see what it says the max temp was.

I personally have a 2nd monitor that I use for monitoring things.

Yea, you should have good performance with that system. What problems are you having? What PSU do you have?

*Make sure to have properly running case fans. You should really get extensions, or a fan controller.
