Now its 299$ but now you only have a 320GB HDD, and 4GB of RAM. 4GB should be enough but there won't be much headroom left. Also with a 320GB HDD you might run out of space really quick.

Kept the hard drive and case, $20 cheaper, you now have a more powerful 750ti (higher factory overclock), a skylake based pentium and still have 8gb of ram. Everything is cheaper but still of decent quality ~
