guys i'm planning to upgrade my rig, and this is my current rig

Motherboard : Asrock 770de3l
Processor : AMD Phenom X2 555
RAM : Team Elite 4 gb (2x2) DDR 3
GPU : MSI GTS 450 Cyclone
HDD : WD BLue 300 gb, WD green 1.5 tb
Casing : cheap $10 spc casing
Powersupply : truepower 450 watt i forgot the brand

so far i mainly used it for gaming and multimedia center and local(house) media server.

i've bugdet somewhere up to $250 so it won't be enough for whole new computer. what do you think i should upgrade first?

and please try to be budget relevant. i;m a student in a developing country. so saying like save some more and buy for i5 and gtx 660 is unfeasible.

I'd suggest replacing the 2x2gb sticks with 2x4gb.
Something that might make a bigger difference, though, would be getting a GTX 760, which retails for ~250$ (depending on your country).

More ram won't really make a difference for gaming.

And your cpu+gpu are pretty equal, and your psu is not really good. I would personally buy a fx-6300 and a 550 watt psu. If you sell your old components you can maybe buy a 7790/7850 as well.
