Partition bad sector under windows

I have HDD fujitsu 250gb with some bad sector,

this is my question

- is there a software can make partition bad sector under windows?

because i don't have floppy drive or dvd rom

Try using "chkdsk /r" without the quotes on the command prompt. The system should then shut-down and restart to run Check Disk and repair or recover the bad sectors. Your hard drive is failing, get another soon.

thx for help me, i already do bad sector regenerating for one day. but i doesn't remove bad sector.

Maybe this is the right time to RMA this hdd.
