Hello everyone.

I recently got a 120GB SSD and I got Windows 7 on it and my files and installations are on another 1TB HDD.

I plan on having Ubuntu and Kali on another separate SSD (you know, partitioning). But I'm not sure how much an Ubuntu installation and updates, as well as Kali's, space take. I've read that with around 20GB will be enough for Ubuntu, but not sure about Kali.

So, should I get a 64 or 120 SSD, or even more? (More than 120 wouldn't be pleasant for my wallet you know xD)

Thanks in advance!

Well, the recommend size for Kali is 10GB (says the google.) You could always just create a Virtual Machine to be sure. In fact, I would recommend running them both as a VM as opposed to bare metal installs. This way you can run them all at the same time, creating a nice little lab - if you want.
