Compatible? Yes, but there are parts I would change. First the PSU, the Corsair VS series are very low quality and I wouldn't trust them in a gaming build. Swap to the CX/CXM grey label version. Second is the memory, a 2x8gb kit is a good choice but you need it to be faster as the difference between 2400 & 3200 can almost be as high as 20 FPS depending on the game.

Everything else is fine.
