[SOLVED] Parts for budget HTPC

I'm planning to build an ATX system mostly for movies and data storage. No gaming. The only parts I currently have are the case (SilverStone Lascala LC17 SST-LC17B ATX) and PSU (Seasonic S12III-500 Bronze). Buying in US, prefer Amazon. Do these parts make sense for a budget system? Would AMD make more sense?

For movies and data storage, you have to add a SATA 2TB HDD.

And if you don't play games, 8GB RAM is enough for Windows 8/10/11.

Thanks. Should have mentioned I already have a 8TB HDD ready to go. So I'll probably go with these parts.
