Parts for Linux Machine

So I want to build a Linux machine for Programming and I'd like you to tell me if the parts that I choose are able to run this machine respectively.

Cpu: AMD Athlon x4 860K
Motherboard: Asrock FM2A58M-VG3
Ram: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 8g
Gpu: Gigabyte GeForce GT730 2g
HDD: WD caviar Blue 1T
Power supply: Corsair VS450

Keep in mind that I don't want to go over 350 euros if you have a suggestion for better parts write down the parts and also If this machine will be running smoothly on Linux.

Everything is fine, but the VS450 is not a great PSU.
