CPU: AMD FX-8320 3.5GHz 8-Core Processor ($154.99 @ SuperBiiz)
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler ($29.98 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($126.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Memory: G.Skill Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1866 Memory ($77.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Western Digital Caviar Black 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($70.99 @ Newegg)
Video Card: Asus GeForce GTX 770 2GB Video Card ($309.99 @ NCIX US)

Power Supply: SeaSonic S12II 620W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($75.98 @ SuperBiiz)
Optical Drive: LG GH24NSB0 DVD/CD Writer ($15.99 @ Microcenter)
Total: $921.89

Going to max out every game 13/14 and maybe the most of the games from 2015.

CPU : Probably the best CPU for the money. Unlocked, 8 cores, 3,5GHz. Able to overclock with the Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo.
MOBA : The best MOBA for the money, overclocking and SLI/CF.
RAM : 8 GB of ram with very good speeds.
HDD : The CAVIAR BLACK is much faster than the green and blue ones. 500 GB should be enough.
GPU : The best GPU for the money. Maxing out everything, very good for videoediting/rendering and programing.
PSU : A very good PSU from the best *Seasonic*. 80+ Bronze, 620W. What do you need more?

Have fun with the build!
