Parts Just In...Now What?

Here we go just recieved the last of my parts just wanted to gather as much advice and tips as I could. So anything from BIOS tips to Windows 7 hints or even advice on overclocking gpu and cpu is welcome.
Here's my setup

3 ASUS 24 inch LCDs
Rampage 3 Motherboard
I7 930
5870 Vapor X 1GB
5870 XFX 1GB
120 GB Vertex 2 SSD
1TB 6gbs Caviar Black
Haf X Case
Kingwin 1000watt Gold PSU
NHD 14 CPU cooler
Windows 7 ultimate 64 bit
Asus xonar sound card
Linksys wireless N adapter
6GB Corsair dominator memory

For O'cing, are you looking for specific guidelines for your CPU+GPU, or just general advice?

I think I have the cpu overclocking down but any help with gpu and any general advice would be great also.

I don't know much about how overclocking works in crossfire.

So apart from frag em hard, make sure you keep stuff updated etc... not much from me. There are ways to optimise performance for Windows 7 and things like that.

Are both those cards at stock speeds at the moment or are either of them factory overclocked? How come you got two different brands? Looks like a great build anyway
