edit: SOLVED (turns out it was just adjusting parts that were lagging in the original video and my first conversion worked smoothly)

My original video is 30 min long exactly. The converted video is 22:18 during one try and 22:20 during another. It's not speed up but small chunks of the video are missing every few seconds. The start of the video is there and the end is there it's just that small chunks have disappared.

I'm converting with VLC.

Original video:
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (h264)
Picture frequency: 60

Original sound:
Codec: ADTS
Sampling frequency: 48000 Hz
Bits per sample: 32

Converted video 1: (22:20)
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
Picture frequency: 76.509968

Converted sound 1:
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Sampling frequency: 44100 Hz
Bits per sample: 32

Converted video 2: (22:18)
Codec: H264 - MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1)
Picture frequency: 53.358724
(I changed the convertion settings to 60 in picture frequency to see if that somehow helped)

Converted sound 2:
Codec: MPEG AAC Audio (mp4a)
Sampling frequency: 44100 Hz
Bits per sample: 32
