Parts Upgrade suggestion

I need some recommendation on what part should i upgrade. Computer is working fine. But feeling it going out of date

A new GPU (GTX 970 or R9 390)
Dump that junk PSU and get a Seasonic, XFX, or EVGA (B2,G2, or P2 only)

The SSD is fine. If you want to buy more RAM you should buy two more of the identical ram you already have. Thats your best chance of it working properly.
