Pascal upgrade / Go SLI 980 / Sell get ti

Hello,

I have a gtx 980. I was considering buying two 980's since they can outperform the new pascal 1080. What do you guys think? Or maybe Sell my 980 and get 2 980 ti's after the price drop. I will be playing in 2k resolution from now on. I'm not rich so these decisions are killing me.

A single, powerful GPU is almost always the better option as you don't have to worry about power, heat or game compatibility. A single GTX 980 Ti is easily capable of handling 1440p. I've no doubt that prices will drop, but don't expect much.

Personally, I'd sell the GTX 980 and buy a GTX 1080 or 1070.

not all games work to well with SLI, the odd one are worse than a single card, Id take a single 1080 if you're looking to change
