If you're talking standard rail lines, both passenger and freight stations
can use the same line. So passenger trains can use the same rail freight
ones do. This can lead to increased congestion, so if your traffic really
starts to pick up, you might want to think about separate lines.
Freight will not run on any of the "other" rails, like monorails, subways,
and el trains.
