Passive heatsinks on my GPU's?

So I have 2 msi GTX 760 ITX editions, I use a NZXT Kraken G10 so I can use 2 Corsair H55's to cool my GPU's. However, since I had to remove the stock coolers to install the liquid cooling there are 4 little bare chips on each card (I assume it's the VRAM) that were covered in thermal tape when the stock coolers were on. I have a 140mm fan on my side panel blowing right on to them but was wondering: would it be good to get some little passive heatsinks and use either thermal paste or thermal tape on them?

This is what I was thinking of purchasing

There come in different sizes and whatnot and obviously I'm going to be measuring the chips to make sure I get the correct size. Are there any other things that might benefit from a heatsink such as these?

or even smaller ones like this?

My main concern is for the first link I posted for the little VRAM chips on my 760's. Here is my mobo:

I would go for a copper heatsink as copper dissipates heat better than ex. an aluminium heatsink. I would absolutely go for a passive heatsink if the parts dont have any cooling and a heatsink with thermal tape put on those parts can improve your performance.
