Question Passport file recovery

I think i may have messed up, i was planning on wiping my SSD's i have 3 Samsung Evo 970 2tb installed. Im always running out of space and never can seem to figure out why. I know 1 ssd i bought was a return to amazon and i never wiped it. Anyways I installed Samsung Wizard and was planning on restoring all 3 SSD. I figured i would create a win 11 usb drive and used my passport to do it. I didnt realize that it would wipe the contents of the drive. With that being said i have lost around 30,000 pictures from my wifes phone, and mine over the last 10 years. Also my m-law photos that i saved after she passed away i stored them all on there. Is there anyway to restore these files ? Its WD My Passport Ultra. Any help would be geratly appreciated.

Also while im at it. What is the best way to restore my PC and all my SSD.

The best way right now is to send the drives to a data recovery service. Even plugging them in will increase the likelihood the data will be gone for good.
