This might sound Like a question that has an easy answer to it but I have looked all over and I could not find it. But I have tomato firmware running on my netgear nighthawk model r7000 router Now I'm still using the default username and password. Does anyone know how I can go about changing the username and password to new ones. Do I have to do a hard reset again a 30 30 30 . Or is there a section in the tomato firmware where I can just change them without doing a reset or anything Like that.

Thank you!!

The default username/admin name and password should provide you with the necessary access rights to change said username and password to those of your choice.

Here is a link with the default Tomato configurations:

https://flashrouters.zendesk.com/hc...0087-How-do-I-access-my-FlashRouter-settings-

There are other similar links with instructions regarding setting up and configuring Tomato.

If you are unable to proceed then it is unlikely, per Forum rules regarding such matters, that additional assistance can be provided.
