hii, please can anyone suggest a software which can password protect particular folder & requires password evry time i wanna open that folder, but i also want something that we dont have to install that software on all the computer i attach my hard-drive

Perhaps you should just consider putting the files (AKA - your porn collection) in a password protected zip file. That should keep it safe, and any windows machine should be able to access it with the right password.

hahah, lol its not porn, but i want password protection of my external drive, so that no one can access it, any third party software ?

reserve a partition and encrypt it with bitlocker truecrypt etc

You could try TrueCrypt. It's an open source software that can encrypt entire drives. They discontinued the software because someone found a security flaw that could allow it to be compromised. However no one short of the NSA seems to know how to actually do it so I don't think you need to worry much about it.
