[SOLVED] Password Problems on the mac osx

When I opened an application it asked for my password but I don't have one so do I leave it blank or what and when I do and I press enter it says incorrect password? HELP!!!!

Are you using an admin account or standard user? When something asks for elevated privileges you need to provide credentials from an admin account. You can see all available user accounts in System Preferences/Accounts.
