Question Password Program that can see front of URL

I am a mortgage broker and a lot of lenders use FannieMae to host. So

Company 1 login is 123456.fanniemaehosted.com
Company 2 login is 456633.fanniemaehosted.com

I have LastPass and it cannot tell the difference. Anyone run into this kind of problem before and knows of a password manager than can see the first part of the URL?

you can edit the saved password from the vault. this allows you to change the url it is looking at. see if setting that to the proper url does the trick. it may not have saved the correct url when it made the entry.

my first thought anyway...
