Password Protected Sharing

Solution
I have the following settings.

Profile - Work Network
Network Discovery - ON
File and Print Sharing - ON
Public Sharing - ON (I am going to turn this off to see if it does anything. I have nothing in public folders)
Media Steaming - OFF
128-bit encryption - ON
Password Protected Sharing - ON
Homegroup connections - Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended). I do not use homegroups.

On the connecting computer

Profile - Home Network.
Network Discovery - ON
File and Print Sharing - ON
Public Sharing - OFF
Media Steaming - OFF
128-bit encryption - ON
Password Protected Sharing - ON
Homegroup connections - Allow Windows to manage homegroup connections (recommended). I do not use homegroups.

I still have a feeling it...
That is strange. I always login to my other systems.

Try to share a folder with the permissions set to your account(you just add the account you are trying to login with).

While this is Windows 10, it works the same on 7.
I just did a connection(as a network drive)

I still have a feeling it may be a permission issue.

You should ADD your username to the folder on both the NTFS permissions and the share permissions.
