Password Recovery Help>!

Ok, so... I first of all can prove all kinds of ownership if necessary to continue. Alright so the deal is my dad got this computer from his company to replace his current dinosaur he calls a laptop. anyway, shortly after receiving the new laptop, he had fixed the old one, so he never started using the new laptop. But the problem now is the "dinosaur" finally shot out, and he needs to get on the new laptop. But he can't get in because the guy who set it up is no longer with the company, and nobody can find a reference to what the password could be. Also, important, I cannot reset to factory as there's an important program on the laptop that can't be removed. PLEASE if anyone can help me it would be very much appreciated. Also we can talk in private so it's not publicized. If anybody could just get me to a cmd: (command prompt) I should be able to manage from there.

Question from Christopher_176 : "Windows7 Reset Password"

I have a Toshiba Tecra and i'm trying to reset the passwords on the accounts because i cant get in. i cant get to a command prompt either. and now it wont let me use my installation disc, that i have on USB, which would at least bring me to repair computer to get to cmd ... HELP!!
