Password Reset Not Working

I'm trying to log into my original TH account, which is "WrektGlitch", and can't seem to do so. I can't remember the password for it, and when I try to reset the password for it, it never works. It says "An error occurred" and won't reset my password. Can I get some help with this?

Try via phone, different/new browser on pc/phone.
Clearing cache also.
If not, then comtact support.
