Could anyone help with this problem, after installing win98 2nd ,you will usually not enter a pass word and click OK and that was it. But some times it will boot up with the same pass word box every time. I don't want a pass word and want to get rid of that prompt. Is there some where that I can get rid of that thanks Bruce

Right click on Network Neighborhood and go to properties. When you get in there, change it from "client for microsoft networks" to "windows logon".

If it still comes up, change the username to something different, and be sure to leave the password blank, but the first step should fix it.
