Its possible that when you restart PC and its in the shutdown phase before restart, it might sit on 0% progress for what seems way too long. This appears to be normal as if you wait about a minute or so it will start and proceed with update. If you on HDD, it may take longer - my time based on a R5 3600xt and a 970 Evo plus NVME.

I just thought I better post to say the delay is normal, AFAIK anyway. Don't panic and restart PC as it will end badly

Patch appears to fix a bunch of things including TPM so that might be why it took a while to install updates

i did install it today and havent noticed anything like that, i did cleanup yesterday system restore points as it was slowing down boot time a little, if that has something to do with it

With this last update the Widgets icon went to the left side of the bar, but the rest of the icons are in the same place. Is this normal? Is it possible to put it again with the rest of the icons in the center? And in my case, after the update is not the weather that appear in the left side of the task bar, but the same icon as before.

Not that I can see but its a new change, I expect if you use the Feedback App and make a message about it, others will agree.
