Path of the Shell leads to... the end of Uru?

Was browsing thru the various Myst fansites I have bookmarked, and saw
a news release that said that the Path of the Shell expansion pack is
going to be the last one created for Uru.

Sure seems like a strong argument to eventually allow users to create
their own content, doesn't it? I was really hoping they'd release at
least a COUPLE more over the next couple of years...

Meanwhile, the Myst IV: Revelation trailer has my interest piqued.
Will there be Lara Croft-style dinosaur combat in addition to the
jumping that was introduced with Uru? <sarcastic grin> Hmmm... that
would be a funny avatar to customize for Uru. Twin pistols in
holsters, unrealistic cleavage, teal PVC top, and a forward
sommersault added to the 'jump' animation.
