[SOLVED] Patriot burst ELITE (not just the burst), what controller does it use?

in their website they say: "Patriot’s Burst Elite is an extension of the Burst, the 2.5" SATA III Solid State Drive, which is supported by the latest SATA controller capable of utilizing both TLC and QLCNAND "

so what this mean? that the new ssds also use qlc? and why don't they tell us the brand of the controller? the burst elite used the phison s11 controller, but this one it's a secret!

As for Capable of using TLC or QLC just means you can attach either type of flash to the controller. I doubt you'd be able to mix flash types though/yet. That features' still on the horizon afaik.

this review is for patriot burst, not the patriot burst elite which is the newer model.

That was an example, there are no real reviews of the elite just yet and Patriot is going out of their way to hide this information. I can't even find a whitepaper on it.

The "no reviews" of it are probably due to it being such a poor value for the money.

Not "hidden" perhaps - may simply be "not there".
