Patriot ddr3-2000 showing 766mhz

i have 4 sticks of these (4gb)
Just bought a new mobo (ASRock X58 Extreme) and i7 920 cpu
I'm in the bios and setting the EZ OC option for the memory to 2000,
setting the memory voltage up a little, to around 1.8v, and its still
getting recognized in cpu-z as anywhere from 533mhz-766mhz, and the voltage for the sticks shows 1.5v. The system boots up fine, it recognizes all 4g of ram in the post and in my windows 7, but its running at less than half speed.
Just want to know the correct bios settings for these sticks if anyone knows.

You need to go into the bios and change the ram ratio higher.

well there is nothing in my bios about fsb to dram ratio 🙁

its showing 2:6 FSB😀RAM in CPU-Z :O(
currently running at 540.5 mhz
