im current using this

Patriot Viper 4 Series Extreme Performance DDR4 16GB (2 X 8GB) 3200MHz Kit (PC4-25600) PV416G320C6K

however im not sure im getting the best timings ?

can anyone pls advise ?

is there anyway to make the ram faster here ?

im not too sure which of these timings in the bios i should change ?

if anyone can advise would be thanksful .
